Newforma buys Lumi AI to add explainable answers about RFIs, submittals and project data

Newforma acquired Toronto-based Lumi AI, whose engine turns plain-language questions into answers that show their reasoning. Lumi will extend Newforma's Vojo assistant and Konekt dashboards for AECO firms. Terms weren't disclosed, and rollout details will come later.
